Roscommon County Council awards €1.25M road framework to Priority Construction for N61 Ballymurray scheme

Roscommon County Council has awarded a framework worth up to €1.25M (estimated value, framework ceiling) to Priority Construction for the N61 Ballymurray HD28 Pavement Scheme, according to the award notice published on 25 August 2026.

The works cover surface replacement along 2km of the N61 at Ballymurray, comprising cold milling and resurfacing. As with most Irish public works frameworks, the €1.25M figure is a ceiling set by the buyer rather than a fixed contract price — actual spend depends on the volume of work instructed under the framework.
