The EPA proposes to engage in a competitive process for the award of a contract for the provision of Leadership and Management Training for newly appointed Managers, as specified hereunder. The EPA is seeking to appoint a partner who will design and deliver a Leadership and Management Training Programme for newly appointed Managers; “Essential Skills of Management and Leadership “. The successful tenderer will deliver on the programme and work with the EPA to evaluate and improve the programme/s over the duration of the contract. The successful tenderer may also be asked to develop and deliver a one-day in-person refresher workshop for those who have completed this course more than three years previously.
