Background

Image Skillnet seeks trainers for its 2026–2027 Permanent Makeup Training panel (Category 30 – Permanent MakeUp). The panel is open throughout its lifetime. Contracts are awarded by direct selection of the most suitable trainer; where unavailable, the next most appropriate is selected. Mini-tender competitions (minimum 3 panel members) may be run for larger programmes. Courses may run once, more than once, or not at all depending on demand and funding availability. Delivery is expected to commence immediately upon panel formation. Additional programmes arising during the panel lifecycle may be awarded to existing panel members or put to mini-tender.

Request for Tender for Inclusion on Panel for the Provision of Training Services - Permanent Makeup The objective of this request for tender is to establish a panel of qualified trainers from January 2026 to the end of December 2027 for Training Services for the Permanent MakeUp Industry, from which companies will be selected to for contract award for delivery of various training programmes to IMAGE Skillnet and its member companies, once specific needs arise. Please refer to tender documentation provided. It is important to note that inclusion on this does not guarantee a contract to deliver training for the Network
