Background

Image Skillnet requires a panel of qualified trainers to deliver Business, Management and Leadership programmes to its member companies in the personal grooming industry. The panel runs from January 2026 to December 2026 (12 months). Training categories include management and leadership, team development, employment law, HR management, salon management, communication skills, financial management, retail/stock control, and workplace wellbeing. Trainers may apply for as many categories as relevant. Programmes may be run once, more than once, or not at all depending on demand and funding. Image Skillnet allocates programmes based on expertise, availability and value for money. Mini-competitions with a minimum of 3 panel members are used for larger assignments. The panel is open for applications throughout its lifetime.

The objective of this Call for Tender is to establish a panel of qualified trainers, from January 2026 to the end of December 2027 from which companies will be selected to participate in a mini competition for contract award for delivery of various training programmes for Business, Management and Leadership to IMAGE Skillnet and its member companies, once specific needs arise. The categories of training expected to be run over the duration of the panel are outlined in the enclosed tender document. It is important to note that being included on this panel does not guarantee a contract to deliver training for the network.
