Image Skillnet invites applications from qualified hair trainers to join a panel from January 2026 to December 2027. Panel members may be selected to deliver training across categories including barbering (Cat 12), cutting (Cat 14), certified master colour (Cat 15), specialist colour techniques (Cat 16), upstyling/styling/finishing (Cat 17), wig and scalp training (Cat 18), hair extension programmes (Cat 19), and certified trichology (Cat 21). Trainers apply for relevant categories. Contracts awarded on availability, expertise, and value for money. Mini-tender competitions may occur for assignments. Open-panel applications accepted throughout the panel lifetime.

The objective of this request for tender (RFT) is to establish a panel of qualified trainers from January 2026 to the end of December 2027 for Training Services for the Hair Industry, from which companies will be selected to for contract award for delivery of various training programmes to IMAGE Skillnet and its member companies, once specific needs arise. Please refer to tender documentation provided. It is important to note that inclusion on this does not guarantee a contract to deliver training for the Network.
