This competition offers interested service providers the opportunity to participate in a competition for a place on the multi-party framework agreement for the provision of temporary agency staff services to Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration. The Contracting Authority intends to award an Initial Call-off contract to the first ranked tenderer under the competition. The Initial Call-Off contract will relate to the delivery of existing temporary agency services. These Lot 1 services are currently carried out by approximately 65 to 85 temporary agency staff to the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration for its International Protection Support Services / Ukraine refugee programme. It is anticipated that the existing temporary agency staff will have the opportunity to transfer to the first ranked tenderer, as a result of this competition, under TUPE. The full list of requirements are contained within the tender documents. All responses should be submitted in a ZIP-File format.
