Category 9 Climate Action Fabric defects, Summer Works Scheme 2026 onwards in the amount of 1,620,443.00 euro, inclusive of fees and VAT or the total cost of the works whichever is the lesser for the proposed 9: Climate Action and Fabric defects at the above named school.. The stone work needs to be repointed. There is significant damage caused outside and inside due to water ingress that need to be rectified. Additionally, a flat roof section over the toilets to the north of the building is leaking and there is evidence of water ingress on the ceiling internally.
