Background

What this involves

The contractor will act as the Design Team Leader and financial controller for the Windows Upgrade Project and Technical Rooms Upgrade Project at Breifne College. This includes preparing a detailed program for the project, ensuring compliance with Design Team Procedures for Small Works, and presenting sketch and conceptual designs for approval. The contractor will also prepare tender documentation, manage the tendering process, and oversee construction activities, including bi-weekly site meetings. Upon completion, the contractor will provide as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals as part of the Safety File.
