The Enable Ireland wishes to invite suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of testing and monitoring of water quality in relation to biofilm and waterborne organisms. Suppliers will be required to take water samples from hot and cold water systems, twice a year in all locations listed in this Tender Response Document. A review of sampling results will take place with issue guidance to follow to site managers if results are out of specification. Suppliers are required to prepare and maintain a site-specific logbook detailing results and recommendations, if any. Reporting back to Enable Ireland is to be both verbally and in writing. Testing should be in accordance with ISO 11731-2. Sampling should include but not be limited to the testing for the presence of Legionella. Under this contract subject to agreement on between both parties, Enable Ireland will use the tenders as a benchmark , should Enable Ireland wish to add additional properties to this contract should the same occur.
