Trinity College Dublin requests the supply of a new, state-of-the-art Flow Cytometer to provide critical support in biomedical research. The benchtop system will be installed in the best-in-class Flow Cytometry Facility in the Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute, where particular strengths include immunology, bioengineering, and neuroscience. The Flow Cytometry Facility is part of Trinity Cell Analysis Technologies, a consolidated research technology service, incorporating world-class infrastructure and facilities, within the School of Biochemistry and Immunology. The cytometer should have a minimum of 16 fluorescence detectors, with at least three spatially separated lasers. Features such as additional lasers, a spectral setup, a plate loader, and a small particle detector will be viewed as a distinct advantage.
