The contractor will be responsible for the full range of architectural consulting services required for the Climate Action Summer Works Scheme at St. Josephs Secondary School. This includes appointing a qualified Design Team Leader, preparing a detailed project program, ensuring compliance with Design Team Procedures for Small Works, and presenting designs for approval. The contractor will also prepare tender documentation, a preliminary health and safety plan, and an inspection plan, while acting as the Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier where applicable. Regular site meetings will be scheduled, and a full set of as-built construction drawings and operation manuals will be provided to the school authorities upon completion of the project.
