Provision of a single supplier to deliver Managed Bandwidth Services and to establish and operate a National Operations Centre for Aurora Telecoms. The scope of contract for the Managed Bandwidth Service Provider (MBSP) includes but not limited to the design, supply, implement, and manage high-performance bandwidth services over a Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM)-based optical network deployed on Aurora Telecom dark fibre infrastructure. The MBSP will be responsible for procuring new DWDM equipment, deploying it at designated sites, provisioning services as and when needed, and maintaining end-to-end operations and support. The MBSP must provide a robust O and M solution covering DWDM, passive access fibre networks (Dark fibre in Metro and National regions), co locations and data center connectivity. The scope of contract for the National Operating Centre (NOC) includes but limited to the design, implement, and operate a state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre (NOC) to support the mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure that will be deployed under the MBSP elements. The NOC will provide centralized monitoring, fault management, performance analysis, and support coordination across core, access, transport, and value-added services networks. It must ensure high availability, resilience, and security of all network layers to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver a superior customer experience. The customer facing MBSP/NOC Provider will be required to use the Aurora Telecom branding.
