The scope of this procurement process includes the provision of a fully working, modern and responsive fleet management tool to support Avista in meeting all statutory and legal requirements for the organisation’s vehicle fleet. Any contract arising from this procurement process will include tracker installation, training, system support/maintenance and system control (hosted). The system should contribute to the provision of a quality vehicle fleet and facilitate the effective use of Avista resources while reducing manual record-keeping. In particular, the system should enable the achievement of savings on vehicle management costs as well as assisting with budgetary control.
