Maynooth University request the supply of a Multispectral Imaging Microscope System for whole slide spatial biology applications. The system will allow for rapid whole slide imaging with multiplexed immunofluorescence measurement of protein and/or nucleic acids. This should include brightfield and fluorescence, with optical density on multispectral brightfield images. The system should allow for multiplexing of biomarkers with spectral unmixing and auto fluorescent removal as standard and acquire multispectral images of whole slides based on emission spectra collected by multiple epi-fluorescence filter cubes. A minimum of 7 colours (6-plex + DAPI) should be possible on the system. A PC, monitor and lifetime software should be installed. 10x,20x, 40x resolution of whole slide imaging should be enabled, and automated imaging of multiple slides is a positive. User training on the system should be included. Output data files should be compatible with third party image analysis software (eg: .QPTIFF or equivalent). It is desirable that the system be modular with capacity for future upgrades and configuration.
