Background

The IRD Duhallow Skillnet is looking for a qualified trainer to deliver a part-time PG Cert in Personal and Management Coaching. The program includes two modules: Coaching Practicum and Coaching Structures and Competencies. The trainer will also need to provide support for students with learning difficulties and maintain regular communication regarding student attendance and performance.

The contractor will deliver a part-time PG Cert in Personal and Management Coaching, which includes two modules: Coaching Practicum and Coaching Structures and Competencies. The trainer is expected to provide reasonable support for students with learning difficulties and must submit CVs for all proposed trainers. Additionally, the contractor must ensure the use of required documentation such as Sign-in Sheets, Trainee Profiles, and Evaluation documentation, returning all completed materials to IRD Duhallow Skillnet promptly. Regular updates on student attendance and performance are required, and any issues regarding assignments or assessments must be communicated to IRD Duhallow staff immediately. The contractor must also outline procedures for course cancellations.
