Background

The TryLeadHER Female Participation Program is focused on increasing the involvement of women and girls in rugby through a series of training modules. Providers will be responsible for delivering courses in coaching, refereeing, first aid, and leadership, ensuring that the training is inclusive and accessible to participants of varying skill levels. The program aims to foster a supportive environment that promotes equality and empowers future female leaders in the sport. What this involves
