Background

EirGrid Telecoms team are looking for a support partner under a framework agreement, to support the operational and corporate telecoms network across the RoI and sites located in the UK. The services required under the framework agreement are as follows: 1 Design and Consultancy services 2 Additional infrastructure services – network connectivity 3 Onsite Operational Support 24x7 at key strategic locations across RoI and UK. 4 Logistics 24x7 support / spares management 5 Operations and Maintenance of all network devices. Patching and software upgrades. 6 Network Monitoring solutions - NoC, SoC and SiEM 24x7 7 Project Management and delivery. 8 Procurement – Telecoms and Network devices / associated hardware. 9 Asset management - EoL management.
