Term Maintenance Framework for Refurbishment Works

Fold Housing Association Ireland CLG (Fold) is a registered charity that was established in 2001. Fold provides apartments and houses for older people and families. Fold enhances the quality of life for many people in the community by providing a unique combination of accommodation and associated service options. These include Housing-with-Care for frail older people and people with dementia accommodating 115 Nr older people as well as sheltered housing and general needs accommodation comprising 664 Nr units a mix of houses and apartments but predominantly apartments. This invitation to tender is for a Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Framework at the various Fold schemes. The schemes are generally apartment blocks with communal areas and the accommodation is typically one bedroom apartments with some two bedroom apartments. Additional requirements may arise for other schemes where Fold have only a small number of units as well as schemes where Fold expands its provision of housing at new locations, although it is difficult to estimate future requirement at this time.
