The RSA is holding this Competition with the objective of awarding a concession contract for the provision of Essential Driver Training (EDT) and Initial Basic Training (IBT) LogBooks. A concession contract in the context of this Competition means that the Successful Tenderer that is awarded the Contract (the “Concessionaire”) shall be entitled (subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract) to retain revenue generated from provision of the Services and shall make the Concession payment to the RSA in line with provisions of Schedule 2 (Payment) of the Contract furnished at Appendix 7 to this RFT. The contract will be for 2 years initially, with options to extend by a period of up to 2 years, with a maximum of three such extensions. **The RSA intends to hold an in-person Tenderers’ Briefing in Dublin, Ireland on the morning of Friday 13 December during which the RFT documentation and Tender submission requirements will be explained in order to aid Tenderers in the preparation of their Tenders - please refer to 4.6 of the RFT for more information**
