The Legal Aid Board invites tenders for a fixed price contract for support and maintenance of all IT Hardware as listed in the attached RFT. It is intended that this invitation to tender will give rise to ongoing contracts for the supply of computer IT Hardware Support and maintenance to the various offices of the Legal Aid Board The scope of work for this contract includes, but is not limited to: Diagnosis and repair of hardware malfunctions. Replacement of faulty parts with equivalent or better components. On-site support within our predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
