Background

The successful consultant will engage with Trócaire's Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to facilitate their development through systemic team coaching. This will include a discovery phase to assess needs, a delivery phase for coaching, and a consolidation phase to embed practices. The project is expected to run for approximately 18 months, with a focus on transformational leadership and stakeholder engagement.
