CFT - Applied Learning and Mentorship Programme in UX

Applied Learning and Mentoring Programme in UX Design for recent UX Graduates or other design professionals with a baseline knowledge of UX. To start September or October 2024 with a second cohort in 2025, subject to demand. Anticipated duration of 12 to 16 weeks. Aimed at supporting and equipping participants in the real-world of work, working in UX. Applied Learning rather than academic learning. One to one mentoring is a key component of this programme as is a structure for peer connection and networking structure also required. Anticipated delivery format is primarily online, live synchronous combined with assignments or project work. Open to exploring face to face delivery aspects.
