Request for Tender (RFT) for the Provision of Evaluation Services of Skillnet Ireland’s Funded Initiatives 2021-2023. Skillnet Ireland is committed to building a high-performance organisation. Since 2010 we have regularly commissioned external evaluations of the performance and impact of our funded initiatives. The objective of this RFT is to procure the services of a professional firm to conduct an independent evaluation of Skillnet Ireland’s cumulative performance across funded initiatives in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and report the findings to the Executive and Board of Skillnet Ireland.
