Limerick City and County Council, in conjunction with Transport Infrastructure Ireland and the Mid West National Road Design Office, are undertaking studies as part of the Foynes to Limerick Road (Including Adare Bypass) Project. The Contract involves the provision of Archaeological Consultancy Services (Stage (i)i Geophysical Survey) for the Foynes to Limerick Road (Including Adare Bypass) Project. The project is covered by the provisions of the Code of Practice for Archaeology agreed between TII and the Minister of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (2017).
