The Ireland Specialist Programme is Tourism Ireland’s destination training programme, offering a range of specialised courses and learning resources for international travel trade, delivered through a cloud-hosted Learning Management System. Tourism Ireland is now seeking Tenders from suitably qualified Suppliers, regardless of their location, for the provision, implementation and support of a cloud-hosted Learning Management System (LMS) to support the delivery and continuation of the Ireland Specialist Programme. The LMS must provide a customisable, interactive, and intuitive user interface that supports learner engagement and ease of navigation. It should deliver core LMS functionality - including course and content management, SCORM compliance, user and role administration, assessments and certifications, gamification, progress tracking, and reporting - to support programme management and the delivery of multilingual courses across a variety of markets. The goal of this procurement is to implement a reliable, scalable, and future‑proof platform that will support the long‑term sustainability of the programme. The Contract Period will be for up to a maximum term of five [5] years subject to budget and annual performance review, and other factors.
