2. Scope of Work

This tender seeks to establish a single-party framework agreement for the provision of full signal-blocking mobile phone pouches and associated unlocking devices for Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board's post-primary schools. The primary objective is to create mobile phone-free environments within schools to reduce classroom interruptions and enhance academic performance.

The contractor will be responsible for the supply of these pouches and unlocking devices. Key activities and requirements include:
