2. Scope of Work
The contract requires the complete removal and replacement of existing roof systems on Building 1 and Building 2 at the GRETB Training Centre. This includes the installation of new insulated roof coverings and rooflights, structural steelwork repairs, upgrades to rainwater drainage, and associated mechanical and electrical alterations.
