Supply and Delivery of 1 No. Water Tanker/Carrier Fire Appliance to Wexford County Fire Service in accordance with attached specifications. The appliance must be constructed in accordance with the most recent edition of all parts of EN 1846, with a motor class of super (S), urban category (1), for water tanker appliance with a seating capacity of 2 persons, a tank capacity for firefighting water of minimum contents 8,000 litres, an installed pump performance of 1Obar delivering 2,000 I/min and appropriate locker arrangement, and any subsequent amendments of same on the date this tender was advertised (unless specifically stated otherwise within this RFT). An 18 tonnes (18,000 Kg) Gross Vehicle Weight Rating chassis must be proposed such that will fully comply with all items contained in this Section 2. The appliance shall have an engine power output of not less than 320 BHP.
