Gas Networks Ireland intend setting up a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Land Agency Services. These services will be required across Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. These services will include but not be limited to: Assistance with route selection on all types of gas infrastructure projects. Assess potential route options and identify key areas for consideration. Landowner pre-construction consultation, access arrangements and supervision of site investigations. Negotiation of compensation packages with landowners, national farming organisations, forestry organisations and statutory bodies. Valuation advisory on the acquisition of land and rights over land. Completion of planning investigations and advising on development valuations of lands impacted by gas infrastructure projects. Land pre-entry assessments and consultations for gas infrastructure projects. Dispute resolution and advice on loss of development claims and crop loss claims. Representation and attendance at arbitration and oral hearings. Liaising with landowners and their advisors, including surveying and maintaining landowner records. Provision of agricultural and agronomy services, inclusive of agricultural liaison officers. Co-ordination of specialists, advisors and subcontractors for landowner requirements for gas infrastructure projects. Updating GNI and GNI (UK) Limited records remotely and providing landowner postal communication services and other administration activities at short notice. Land reinstatement and drainage resolution which is an agricultural liaison officer function.
