This tender is suitable for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with experience in refurbishment projects, particularly in live environments. Viable bidders should have:
- A proven track record in similar refurbishment works, ideally within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
- The capacity to manage the logistical challenges of working in an operational stadium.
- The ability to meet the specified insurance and certification requirements.
Consortium bidding or subcontracting is allowed, which may enable smaller firms to participate. Preparation for the bid may require approximately 10-15 days of effort, considering the complexity of the requirements. The incumbent's strength in the market may influence the competitive landscape, but the open tender format allows for new entrants.
