The Contracting Entity intends to establish a single supplier framework to provide support and maintenance of our existing fleet of 200 print and plotting devices across our offices in Ireland. This includes the support and maintenance of a ‘follow-me’ print software solution and scan to e-mail. The tender will also include the option to add devices to the supported fleet either through lease, rent or outright purchase. Tenderers will be evaluated on their ability to manage the fleet, providing this service across all office locations and the ability provide next business day support for deliveries and maintenance. The estimated value of the contract is inclusive of indexation of €420,420 exclusive of VAT over the maximum term of the framework agreement. Regulation 97(1)(a) of the European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (SI 286/2016) (the Utilities Regulations 2016) will apply to any further uplifts required to take account of further inflation [The framework is for [5] years with [3] annual extensions ([5+1+1+1])].
