2. Scope of Work
This procurement establishes a multi-party framework agreement for the supply of printed matter to Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board (GRETB) schools, centres, and offices. The framework will operate for an initial term of two years, with the possibility of two extensions, each up to 12 months. GRETB reserves the right to add or remove locations throughout the contract term.

Requirements will vary across GRETB's network of 18 post-primary schools, 2 Community National schools, 1 Special Education School, 1 Post Leaving Certificate College, 1 Training Centre, and various Adult Services locations. Deliveries are required to all GRETB sites, with specific requirements for vehicle access and off-loading. A dedicated account manager and an Irish-language quality contact are mandatory. This role will manage the relationship, review performance, handle disputes, and proactively discuss improvements in efficiency and sustainability. Account management activities are non-billable.
The framework will operate using a cascade, mini-competition, or request for quote (RFQ) method for awarding call-off contracts. GRETB does not guarantee any minimum expenditure.
