We require the services of your company to Tender for the identified works outlined in recent fire risk survey reports for remedial works to the main stairwell area and some corridor areas in the Mc Mahon Centre Kilcullen. NOTE – All works undertaken as part of this RFT process will require all the relevant certification and signed off documentation to be supplied to Kare, prior to the handover of any works areas. The successful contractor agrees to have all identified project works completed and handed over to Kare by 01/12/26. Please pay particular attention to the Notes / Terms and Conditions section outlined in Table B of this document.
