The Marine Institute invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of the following Services: experienced Marine Mammal Observers to take part in the Celtic Sea Herring Acoustic Survey (CSHAS) in 2026, in Lot 1 and Seabird Observers to take part in the CSHAS in 2026, in Lot 2. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more Lots. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. Indicative dates for the Celtic Sea Herring Acoustic Survey (CSHAS): • Leg 1: 11th September 2026 – 22nd September 2026 • Leg 2: 22nd September 2026 – 01st October 2026 Tenderers must be available to cover the entire survey period (11th September 2026 – 01st October 2026) for any Lot(s) for which they submit a Tender.
