This Qualification System refers to the system that is in place to enable interested parties to submit a response and subsequently qualify for award of Contract for provision of DS3 System Services. Gate 15 covers all 12 services outlined in the Qualification System Briefing Document. The services are split into a number of Lots for the TSO. Lots 1IE – 12IE relate to the System Services required by EirGrid. It is intended that the start date of each of the Contracts awarded under Gate 15 is 1st October 2026.
