2. Scope of Work

This procurement seeks to establish a single-party framework agreement for the supply of promotional branded merchandise for Beaumont Hospital. The initial contract duration is two years, with a potential extension for a further two years, making a maximum total duration of four years. The framework agreement allows Beaumont Hospital to procure promotional items as needed, with no guarantee of specific quantities. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to procure outside the framework if it offers better value for money.

The successful framework member will be required to supply items featuring the Hospital’s logo in a single colour, alongside a phone number, email address, and potentially a brief slogan. The specific items required include:

  • Pens: Blue or black ink, with the single-colour logo and hospital information printed on a suitable area. All parts of the pen should align with the Hospital logo's colour theme.
  • Lanyards: Polyester material, 20mm width, printed both sides. The lanyard colour should match the Hospital logo's colour theme. The Hospital logo and related information must be legibly printed. Suitable clips for attaching identification cards are required.
  • Notebooks: A5 size, blue in colour. The notebook should feature the single-colour logo centrally on the front, a page keeper, a pen holder (if economically practicable), and an elastic fastener. A leatherette cover is not necessary.
  • Travel Mugs: Reusable style. All parts of the mug should align with the Hospital logo's colour theme. The Hospital logo will be printed in a single colour with related information on a suitable print area.
  • Drawstring Bags: Sports bag style. All parts of the bag should align with the Hospital logo's colour theme. The Hospital logo will be printed in a single colour with related information on a suitable print area. The bag, when flat, should measure no smaller than 33cm in width by 43cm in height.

All products must be of merchantable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
