This tender is suitable for SMEs with experience in educational equipment supply and installation, particularly those with relevant certifications and insurance coverage. Consortium bids and sub-contracting are allowed, providing flexibility for smaller firms to participate. Bid preparation is estimated at several days, given the need for detailed documentation and compliance verification.
